Willard Harper age 82 of Troy, MI passed away Friday March31, 2006 at Aultercare of Navarre. He was born November 19, 1923 in Muhlenberg County, KY to the late Lonnie & Minnie (Gish) Harper. He is survived by his wife Norma Jean Harper, a resident of Aultercare of Navarre and a Son and Daughter in Law Jeffrey & Karen Harper of Canton.
