Vicki Lee Kays, age 63 of Massillon passed away September 9, 2016 at Meadow Winds Health Care Center. Vicki was born on Wednesday April 8, 1953 in Portsmouth, OH to the late Mildford & Imogene(Moore) Osborne. Vicki is survived by her companion of many years, Lewis Toles. Services will be at the convenience of the family.
