Vernadine Rogers

Vernadine Rogers, age 87 of Massillon passed away July 2, 2007 at Hospitality House. She was born June 18, 1920 in Hartford, KY to the late Herbert & Bessie (Wright) Hoover. She lived most of her life in Massillon. Vernadine was a home maker and a member of the Central Baptist Church. Her husband Robert Henry Rogers passed away March 12, 1992. She is survived by her son and daughter in law, Gregory & Donna Rogers of Tiverton, RI., a grandson Grant Rogers of Lincoln, NE and a sister Daphne Hodgson of Massillon. Funeral service will be Monday at a time to be announced at the Paquelet Funeral Home in Massillon, her pastor Randy Newcomer will officiate. Burial will be at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens.
