Theodore W. Larson

Theodore W. Larson, 73, of Canton, passed away on June 6, 2025 at Aultman Hospital.

He was born on February 27, 1952 to the late Henry and Ursula (Jeske) Larson in Canton, OH.

A Class of 1970 graduate of Lincoln High School, he was member of Trinity Gospel Temple. He was a member of The Jesus People Movement in the 70's and earned his 2nd degree Black belt in Karate in the early 80's. Ted retired from Timken Steel in 2018. He was fully dedicated to his family. In his retirement he enjoyed pottery, cheering on the Guardians, spending time with his grandchildren and watching their sports, and playing his guitar.

Ted is survived by his loving wife, Beth (Heasley) Larson, their children, Erica C. (Nathaniel Laster) Miller and Steven P. (Heather) Larson; grandchildren, Alexis Miller, Finley Larson, Ellis Larson, and Lincoln Laster; siblings, Fred (Kay) Larson and Pat (David) Staton; and numerous cousins and friends. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Friends and family will gather at the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home, Massillon, on Friday, June 13, 2025 from 6:00pm-8:00pm.

Private graveside service will take place in the Sunset Hills Memory Gardens at a later date.
