Teri Lee Hazel

Teri Lee Hazel, 81, of Massillon, passed away peacefully at home on July 19, 2026.

She was born on September 10, 1944 to Kenneth and Dorothy Wilson in Massillon, Ohio.

Teri was a homemaker for the majority of her life, caring for her family.

She was married to the late Dennis Hazel for over 50 years. The pair fostered many children, and adopted several children into their family.

She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church for the entirety of her life.

Teri is survived by her loving children, Michael (Kristen Duncan) Hazel, Daniel (Lisa) Hazel, Gregory Hazel, Kevin (Heather) Hazel, Christopher Hazel, Thomas Hazel, and Tiffany (Joe) Donovan, as well as many nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Teri is preceded in death by her husband, Dennis; son David Hazel; and siblings, Debbie Wilson, Bruce Wilson, and Kim Wilson.

Visitation will be held on July 27, 2026 at Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home, Massillon, Ohio from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

A funeral service will follow immediately at 12:00 PM with Father Ed Gretchko officiating.

Burial will take place following the service at St Barbara's Cemetery.
