Susan Lynn McFarren

Susan Lynn McFarren, 77, of Massillon, OH passed away Tuesday, July 21, 2026.

Sue was born on December 5, 1948, in Massillon, OH, to Robert and Pauline Greenwalt. She retired from Timken Co. working as a secretary in the Purchasing Department for many years. Sue and her late husband of 41 years, Tom, spent a lot of their time together visiting the Sons of Herman Club. Sue loved watching Ohio sports, especially those in her local area and doing puzzles in her free time. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Sue is survived by her loving mother, Pauline Greenwalt; brother Jack Greenwalt; two nephews and one niece.

In addition to her late husband, Thomas McFarren (passed away 2017), she is preceded in death by her father, Robert Earl Greenwalt and her brother, Robert Lee Greenwalt.

Funeral Services in Sue’s honor will be held on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, 1:00 PM, at Paquelet Funeral Home, 1100 Wales Rd. NE, Massillon, OH 44646. Private interment will take place in Rose Hill Memorial Gardens.
