Sandra Lee Hylland

Sandy Lee at age of 85, passed peacefully on January 29,2026 surrounded by those that loved her at The Brewster Parke Nursing Home with hospice care. She is preceded in death by her parents Lyle and Bertha Hylland of Denver Colorado and will be buried at Olinger Cemetery- Chapel Hill in Denver, Colorado with her parents.

She is survived by her loving brother Terry Hylland, his daughter Kristen and granddaughter Jaylen, her son Lloyd Still and his wife Donna, their three children Jessie, Russell, and April, her daughter Donna Staudt and her husband James, their two children Hannah and Harrison, and her daughter Lorie S. Pedro and her husband Vincent E. Pedro, their two children Brandon and Colin and Colin’s wife Shelby.

Being deaf all her life, she overcame any obstacles in her path as there were many. She worked in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin Veterans Hospital’s pharmacy department until retirement.

As a child she was an award-winning baton twirler and in her early adult years she was an adventurer and loved skiing, scuba diving, and traveling. While her long time on earth has passed, her smile, laugh, and the memory of her will live on in the hearts of all that knew and loved her.

A private family gathering is scheduled for Sunday, February 1, 2026 at the Paquelet Funeral Home.
