Sally A. Smith

Sally A. Smith, 76, passed away on April 23, 2015. She was born on February 14, 1939 in Massillon to the late Henry M. and Irene C. (Hollinger) Poth. Sally was known for her sense of humor and her desire to help her friends. She loved to shop and spend money. Cooking and camping were her favorite hobbies. She is survived by her husband, James R. Smith, whom she married on May 15, 1982; her son, Tim (Betsy Stanton) Pizzino; step – daughter, Tammy Smith; two grandchildren, Kyle Pizzino and Patrick (Larissa) Pizzino; three great-grandchildren, Anthony, Chase and Jaxon. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Jim Poth; and sister, Katie Ferguson. Family and friends will gather at the Paquelet Funeral home on Friday, May 1, 2015, from 3:00PM – 4:00PM, with a memorial service to be held at 4:00PM, Kevin O'Brien, celebrant.
