Ruth C. Plack, 89 passed away on Saturday, April 6, 2013 at Affinity Medical Center. She was born on September 30, 1923 in New York, N.Y. and was the daughter of the late Oldrich and Rose Rehor. She is survived by her son, John Plack and Richard Plack and many other loving family members. A private family prayer service has already taken place.
