Ronald G. Stranger

Ronald G. Stranger, age 61 of Massillon passed away September 12, 2013 surrounded by his family. He was born September 25, 1951 in Massillon to the late William & Dorothy (Merriman) Stranger. Ron was a 1970 graduate of Washington High School. Ron served with the Army in Korea. For 35 years he was employed by the Timken Co and retired in 2008. He is a member of FOE #190 and American Legion Post #221. He enjoyed the bus trips with friends and family and he was always the life of the party. Ron is survived by the love of his life Deborah (Schubert) Stranger with whom he shared 35 years of marriage. They have two sons: Chris Stranger and the late J. Aaron Stranger (1985). There are two sisters and a brother: Linda (Paul) Mutchler, Nancy (Gene) Jackson and William (Linda) Stranger. There are several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be 10:30 AM Monday at the Paquelet Funeral Home, Rev. Nancy Bacon will officiate. Friends may call Sunday from 2-4 PM and from 9:30 AM until the service on Monday.
