Robert M. Pasters

Robert M. Pasters, 68, of Canton, passed away on April 5, 2026 at Aultman Hospital.

He was born on October 1, 1957 to the late Robert L. and Mildred (Beard) Pasters in Berea, OH.

He attended Washington High School. Robert worked as a nurses aide at several area nursing centers and also did private duty. He enjoyed bingo, animals, camping, and working in his flower bed.

Robert is survived by his loving wife, Susan M. McKinney; daughter, Bethany Lynn Pasters; four grandchildren; siblings, Raymond L. Cottrell, Christopher Cottrell, Ray Pasters, Nadine Calley, Robert Lee Pasters, and Charles Pasters; special uncle, Dennis McKernan; step-children, Stephen McKinney, Kevin McKinney, and Elizabeth Caldwell; eight step-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Rodney Pasters.

Visitation will be held Friday, April 10, 2026, 9:00 am - 10:00 am at Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home, Massillon, Ohio with a funeral service starting at 10:00 am with Lloyd E. Myers Jr. officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Hills Memory Gardens.
