Robert Earl Hastings

Robert Earl Hastings, age 66, of Meadow Winds Nursing Home passed away after a long illness. Robert was born November 17, 1948 in Canton to the late Arthur & Lummie (Gilmore) Hastings. He attended the Massillon City Schools and graduated from Washington high School. He was a member of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church in Massillon. Mr. Hastings is survived by three children: Melissa Peterson of Columbus, Oh, Annette (Brian) Peterson of Columbus, OH and a son Nathan Hillary of Akron, OH. Mr. Hastings has seven sisters and brothers. They are Betty Jean Fraser, Annie Evans, Irwin (Danielle) Hastings, Madeline Hastings, Juanita Brass, Alvin (Debbie) Hastings and Dennis Hastings. And a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. There are no public services at this time. Please hold his memory dear in your heart.
