Patricia Prazniak

Patricia (Smith) Prazniak, 95, of Canton, Ohio, passed away June 18, 2026. She was born and raised in Massillon, Ohio. Devoted to her faith and church.

Patricia is survived by her 5 children, Jill (Bill) Fitzsimmons, Lori Morrison, Mark (Tina) Prazniak, Jane (Bob) Harper, and David Prazniak; her 12 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren, all whom she cherished deeply.

Her life was a wonderful adventure with her husband of 70 years, Albert. From moving to New York, raising 5 children and enjoying travel.
She was full of life and laughter. She made every Holiday and Birthday special with her fun and creative ways. She enjoyed her friends and spending time with her children. Patricia never met a stranger, and enjoyed meeting new people and being the social butterfly she always was. Her later life brought her back to Ohio to be with family and friends, where she always wanted to be.

Cremation will take place, and a Celebration of Life will take place on August 22nd from 11:30am to 3:30pm at Sippo Park.
