Massillon, Ohio
Norman R. Dean went to meet his Savior on Tuesday, April 8, 2025. Norm was born on May 27, 1941, in Altoona, Pennsylvania to his parents, Warren and Beatrice Dean.
He graduated from Altoona High School and received an Associate's Degree from Penn State in Engineering. After working for Norton Company and the Hoover Company, Norm became a State Farm Insurance Agent and Manager. In 1982, he married the love of his life, Karen (Kline) Dean. They worked together for more than 20 years at his office in Massillon. Norm and Karen are members of Fellowship Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and 6 siblings.
He is survived by his wife, Karen; children, Greg (Dennette) Dean, Heidi (Dan) Fulk, Capt. Beau (Julie) Hufstetler, Grant (Julie) Dean, and Gavin Dean; grandchildren, Connor, Lenna, Emma, Brody, Gretchen, Lucas, Tucker, Eli, Brock, Coen, Ruthie, Hayes, Katie, and Nate.
Visiting hours will take place from 10:00am to 11:00am on Saturday, April 19, 2025, at Fellowship Baptist Church, Canton, Ohio. A Memorial Service will begin at 11:00am.
