Nolan Cecil Dwight Hill, infant son of Justin D. and Kaleigh C. (Olmstead) Hill, was still born on February 29, 2016. He is survived by his twin sister, Nora Rose Hill; grandparents, Dwight and Barbara Hill III and Ronald and Tempyle Olmstead; great-grandparents, Doris Rash, Perry and Sharon Davis; uncles, Jeremy Hill and Tuke Olmstead; and great aunts, Rhonda Olmstead Winland and Bessie Nichols.
