Michael V. Williams

Michael V. Williams age 39 of Perry Twp. passed away July 12, 2011 at his residence. Mike was born March 19, 1972 in Canton. He was a 1990 graduate of GlenOak High School, where he played football and was a strong alumni supporter. Mike was a four year employee of the Stark County District Library. He will be remembered as a Godly man with a big heart. He leaves to cherish his memory: wife Virginia (Selogy) Williams whom he married December 9, 1996; three children Michael Williams II, Devan Williams and Shabria Williams, step-daughter Angelina James; his mother Carol Sue Williams, three sisters, Debbie, Melissa and Lisa Williams and a granddaughter Tracie; and maternal grandmother Fannie McNair. He had two special friends: Todd Dean DiMichele and Eric Selogy and several aunts & uncles; Gladys Green, Kathy Brown Mark Brown; and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. A Celebration of his life will be 10:00 A.M. at Cathedral of Life in Canton. Burial will be at Waynesburg Cemetery.
