Marjorie Ellen Craney, 77, passed away peacefully on May 16, 2025 at Aultman Woodlawn Compassionate Care, surrounded by her family. She was born in Cambridge, Ohio on December 20, 1947 to Virgil and Velma (King) Hively.

Marjorie was a 1965 graduate of Timken Vocational High School. Marjorie was employed at Seiple Lithograph for 24 years. She was a devoted wife to Michael Craney for 58 years. She loved traveling with her family and enjoyed attending all of her grandchildren's school and sporting events.

She is survived by her loving husband, Michael; daughter, Melissa (Duane) Leininger; grandchildren, Ryan Leininger and Haley Leininger; sister-in-law Linda Hively; niece and nephews, Janet (Mark) Copeland, Brett (Beth) Hively, Brad (Nicole) Hively, Sean (Tiffany) Craney, and Brian Craney.

In addition to her parents, Marjorie was preceded in death by her brothers Kenneth Hively and Jack Hively

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Conestoga Grill (217 2nd St NW Canton, Ohio 44702) on Thursday, May 22, 2025 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Aultman Hospice, Aultman's Compassionate Care Center, or Aultman's Timken Family Cancer Center.
