Linda J. Allen

Linda J. Allen, born November 21, 1946, passed away peacefully on July 18, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family. Linda exemplified devotion and warmth, leaving an indelible mark on all whose lives she touched.

A proud graduate of Washington High School, Linda carried her commitment to education and personal growth throughout her life. Her dedication to her family was, without question, the defining priority of her days. She poured her heart into nurturing her loved ones, creating a home filled with kindness and comfort. Known for her handcrafted teddy bears (LA Bears), Linda was lovingly referred to as "the bear lady."

Linda is survived by her loving children; daughter, Nora Paullin and son, Brian Allen with his wife Janet Allen; grandchildren, Brandon Allen and Sarah Allen, who brought immense joy and pride into her life; and her supportive sister, Brenda Allen with her husband Larry Allen. Linda’s memory will live on in the cherished traditions and deep bonds she encouraged within her family.

She is preceded in death by her devoted husband, Roger Allen; her beloved parents, Mary Ellen Everett and Frank Everett; and her dear sister, Dee Robinson. Though they are missed, Linda is now reunited with those who went before, in peace.

Linda J. Allen will be dearly missed and forever remembered for the love she so generously shared and the strength with which she lived.

All who wish to pay their respects are invited to attend visitation on July 29, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home, located at 1100 Wales Rd NE, Massillon, OH 44646. A memorial service will follow immediately at the same location.
