Kourtni Yeager

Kourtni Desiree’ Yeager, 31 of Canton, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on August 9th ,2026.

She was born on June 15th, 1995 to Blair Lancaster and Toni Yeager in Canton, Ohio.

Kourtni attended Washington High School and worked as a Manager for KFC on Rt. 62. However, most of her adult life was spent raising her beloved children, building her family with Lamarr Williams.

Kourtni is survived by her children Kourtez, Kourdell, Kourvon, Kourmarra, Kournelious, and Kourshawn Yeager,; siblings Seth Turner, Toney King, Reighn King, and Treymier Yeager,; special sisters Melanie McManus, Brittany King, Jade Young, and special brother Jeffrey King; Aunts Jennifer Danzy (Columbus Danzy III), Megan and Christa Lancaster, and uncles Lamar Pringle, Milo McGuire, Steven Lancaster, and Juan Harper; Grandfather Bob Seek, and Grandmother Pricilla Rowe. She also left behind many cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by second parents Dave and Nera McManus, and Grandmother Val Seek.

Kourtni was a woman who loved fiercely, lived boldly and made sure life was never boring. As a mother of six, her children were her whole world. She was caring, spontaneous, stubborn, and sometimes a bit of a rule breaker! But those dear to her knew that was just Kourtni’s nature. She was the life of the party. She was always ready to make memories and bring excitement wherever she went. She cared deeply for those she loved. If you were special to her, you knew it! Her greatest gift was the love she had for her children. Her love was strong, unconditional, and unforgettable.

Calling hours will be held Friday, August 28th from 5-7 pm, at the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home, followed by funeral service at 7:00. Prophetess Tiesha Askew will be officiating.
