John W. Knisely

John W. Knisely, 76 of Perry Township, passed away on Thursday, July, 19, 2018 at Mercy Medical Center. He was born on May 15, 1942 in Dover, Ohio and was the son of the late John A. and Mildred (Dawson) Knisely. John served his country for 9 years in the U.S. Navy. He was a retired truck driver Along with his parents, John was preceded in death buy his step father John Hasseman and a nephew Cliff Knisely. He is survived by his wife, Judy, whom he married on January 24, 1975, his daughter, Faith (DeKoda) Knisely, B.J. (Stacy) Knisely, Tracy (Rachael) Knisely, his stepson Jeff Cook and stepdaughter Julie McWhorter, 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. In keeping with his wishes, cremation will take place with no service.
