John Fashank, age 90 of Massillon passed away July 23, 2015 at Meadow Wind Health Care Center. He was born Friday October 3, 1924 in Jefferson Twp., PA to the late John & Helen (Mininisk) Fashank. He is survived by his wife Carmel Fashank and a daughter Debra Leslie. There were no public services planned.
