Jessie Mae Royer

Jessie M. Royer, age 87 of Massillon, passed away on December 15, 2018. She was born on March 05, 1931 to the late Clarence and Christine Royer. She was a graduate of Washington High School Jessie worked as a secretary for Waikem Motors. She loved her cats, enjoyed crocheting and spending time with her friends. Jessie is survived by her Nephew Tim (Karen) Egert and Joey (Rick) Martin; 11 great nieces and nephews; 20 great-great nieces and nephews and a host of friends. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister and brother-in-law Dorothy and Joseph Egert; her nephews Terry and Tony Egert and her faithful feline companion Peaches and Samie. A Celebration of her life will be held at the Paquelet Funeral Home in Massillon on Thursday, December 20, 2018 at 11a.m. The family will receive friends from 10-11a.m. Burial will be private. The family would like to thank the staff of Brewster Parke for Jessie’s exceptional care.
