James W. Brinkley

James W. Brinkley, 69, of Massillon, passed away on April 22, 2026 peacefully at home.

He was born on October 18, 1956 to the late James and Betty (Bulger) Brinkley in Massillon, OH.

James retired from Iron City Sash and Door and was the former owner of The City Bar. He was a member of the Corvette Club and owned a 1986 C4 Corvette. He was a very social person and enjoyed watching the Browns and Massillon Tigers.

James is survived by his extended family and friends, Amber Riley, Bob Scharon, Ken "Tiny" and Diana Sees, Mike Bretz, and Jen Waicak; and many others who remember him fondly.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Debbie Brinkley.

A private inurnment will be in Massillon Cemetery at a later date.
