Jacqueline A. Soley, 63, passed away at Affinity Hospital on May 11, 2015. She was born in Syracuse, NY on March 5, 1952 to the late Ronald James & Marjorie Ruth (Kelton) Armstrong Jacqueline is survived by her children, Stephen and Matthew Soley, three brothers and two grandchildren.
