Henry T Rusyn

Henry (Hank) Timothy Rusyn, of Green, went to be with the lord on September 15, 2025. Hank was born on June 12, 1937, to the late John and Pauline Rusyn.

Hank was a loving husband, father, grandfather, friend, and more. He was married to his wife, Carole, his “sweetheart” for 59 years. He was a devoted husband and loved Carole so much.

He was known for his love of animals. He spent many years rescuing animals and caring for them. His most recent dog, Chance, passed away in October 2023. Hank also loved being outdoors which is where he spent most of his time. He loved fishing, going for walks, and taking care of his garden. He also loved woodworking in his barn. He retired from BF Goodrich where he worked for many, many years.

Henry was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Carole Rusyn, his parents, John and Pauline, his siblings Nicholas, Pete, and Anne. He is survived by his children, Holly and John Rusyn, his sister Olga, his beloved grandchildren, Hannah (Skylar) Greenamyer, Alycia Rusyn, Johnny (Cheyenne) Rusyn, his unborn great grandchild, his longtime friend Robert Fidelholtz, niece, Michelle Ringler, and her children Annie and Jake.

Per Henry’s request, no service will be held, and cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held with his family only.
