Glenn A. Gallagher, born on September 8, 1941, departed this life on October 21, 2025. He lived a life marked by dedication and love, nurturing a profound connection with both his family and the community around him.
Glenn devoted 43 years of his professional life to Stark Ceramics, where he became a valued member of the workforce before retiring. His commitment to his career mirrored the loyalty he showed to those he cherished most—his family and friends.
An alumnus of Northwest High School, graduating in 1961, Glenn exemplified the values of hard work and integrity throughout his life. He was known for his warm personality and wonderful sense of humor that brightened up any room he entered, and he was greatly loved by all who knew him. His legacy as a beloved member of the Massillon Baptist Temple further showcased his deep-rooted commitment to his faith and community.
Glenn is survived by his son, David Gallagher; his step-daughters, Darla (Tim) Wentz and Terri (Rick Brown) Simmons; his sisters, Barbara (Leonard) Moser, Sue Dragomier, Vicky Butchelli, and Melody Hoskinson; his beloved grandson Benjamin (Haley) Gallagher, and the mother of his son, Virginia Laase.
Glenn is preceded in death by his father, Allen Gallagher; his mother, Merl Gallagher; his sisters, Joyce Huffstutler, Phyllis Gearhart, and Darlene Atkinson; niece, Stephanie Moser, and great nephew, Jackson Schneckloth.
Glenn A. Gallagher's memory will continue to live on in the hearts of his loved ones, and he will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate enough to have known him.
A visitation will be held on October 27, 2025, from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Homes, located at 1100 Wales Rd NE, Massillon, OH 44646. This will be followed by a funeral service at the same location, commencing at 1:00 PM and concluding at 2:00 PM. Glenn will be buried at Sunset Hills Memory Gardens at a later date.
