George Duff

George Duff, age 86, passed away October 3, 2015. George was born August 25, 1929 in Dart, Oh to the late John & Lydia (West) Duff. He lived in the Massillon/Fairless area and most recently Brewster Parke. George retired from Canton Drop Forge after 44 years of service. He will be remembered as a dedicated vegetable gardener and faithful employee who never missed work. George was preceded in death by his wife Willanelle ( 2007) and a son Timothy (2010). He is survived by a son and daughter: Dave (Norma) Duff and Elizabeth (Keith) Martin; seven grandchildren – Beth Ann (Mike) Maybaugh, Sean (Heather) Duff, Tiffany (Ryan) Wheeler, Rachel (Jacob) Martin, Misty Coffelt, Mandy (Joe) Ardman and Timothy Duff and twelve great grandchildren – Dustin, Emily, Jarrod, Dougy, Katie, Jayden, Preston, Coby, Brianna, Annalise, Makayla, and Riley. In addition to his parents, wife and son, George was preceded in death by 3 sisters and 8 brothers. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 08, 2015 at 10a.m. at the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, October 07, 2015 from 6 to 8 p.m. Burial will be at Welty Cemetery.
