Gary L Price

Gary L. Price, 84, of Massillon, OH, passed away Saturday, June 28, 2025, surrounded by his family.

Gary was born January 9, 1941, in Massillon, OH to the late Glenn and Thelma Price. Gary was a local businessman throughout his life, serving the Massillon community with several locally owned businesses, but is most well-known for his operation of Herm’s Place for 18 years. On July 2, 2025, he and his loving wife, Georgia, will have celebrated their 66th wedding anniversary. Everyone who met Gary loved him and always had a good time when he was around. He will be truly missed by all.

Gary is survived and will be missed by his wife, Georgia Price; children John (Kim) Price and Michelle Tomic; grandchildren Jenni (Brian) Busto, John (Erin) Price, Megan Pentello, Dustin Price, Tyler (Anna Sims) Tomic, and Trent (Kaitlyn Jones) Tomic and 10 great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Gary is preceded in death by his son, Craig Price; granddaughter, Hanna Tomic; and brother, Jim Price.

Per Gary’s request, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date. Memorial Donations may be made to a charity of your choice that helps children.
