Donna L. Moon, 68, passed away on October 9, 2021 following a brief illness. She was born in Washington D.C. on December 11, 1952 to Donald and Gladys (Curtin) Smith. Donna was a member of St. James AME, Zion Church. She is survived by her son, Randy Lowther; daughter, Emily Gray; and a sister, Gloria Harris. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Patricia Goon and Pearl Smith. The family will receive friends from 6pm-8pm on Monday, October 18, 2021 at the Paquelet Funeral Home. A Home Going Celebration will be held on Tuesday, October19, 2021 at 10:30am in the Paquelet Funeral Home. Burial will be in Rose Hill Memorial Gardens.
