Donald Lloyld Neel

Donald L. Neel, age 78 passed away on March 25, 2014. He was born in Bergholz, Ohio on July 26, 1935 to the late Mervin and Lillian Neel. He was a graduate of Bergholz High School and DeVry Institute of Technology. Don worked as a Quality Control Manager for several companies including ITT and Allen Bradley until his retirement. He enjoyed boating and fishing on Atwood Lake, working in his garden and traveling. He was a loving husband, father and brother. Don is survived by his wife Veronica Neel; his children David (Leslie) Neel and Linda (Rodney) Hampton; his grandsons Jason Neel and Dillon Hampton; his great grandsons Riley and Logan Neel; his sisters Marjory (Lester) Boyd and Joyce Lee (Eugene) Mills and a host of nieces and nephews. Don was preceded in death by his parents and his first wife Arlene Neel. A Funeral Service will be held at the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home on Saturday, March 29, 2014 at 11 A.M. Pastor Mark Thomas officiating. The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 P.M. on March 28, 2014 at the Funeral Home and 1 hour prior to the service. Burial at Bergholz Cemetery.
