David A. Mesic

David A. Mesic, 64, of Massillon, Ohio, passed away March 7, 2025. He was born on July 4, 1960 to the late Leonard and Vivian Mesic.

Dave attended St. Mary Elementary and Washington Massillon High School. He worked as garbage man through school which he was very proud of.

Dave spent 25 years at the Wilburt company in Orville Ohio where he started out as a janitor and worked his way up to a welder and from there got into inspection. He then spent 15 yrs at Global Body and Equipment company as welder/inspection. He loved the Cleveland Browns along with fishing and camping. He loved his Siberian Huskies and Doodle.

In addition to his parents, David is preceded in death by his aunt and uncle Idina and Don Gilbert.

David is survived by his loving wife, Georgia Mesic: son, Jeremy (Ashley) Mesic; step-daughter, Gretchen Pakosz; and grandchildren, Mattie Pearl Mesic, and Austin and Evan Pakosz.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, Thursday, March 13, 2025 at Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home, 1100 Wales Road NE, Massillon, Ohio.
