Dakota Marton Daniels

Dakota Marton Daniels, 20, of Massillon, Ohio, passed away April 25, 2026. He was born on October 11, 2005 in Canton to Barbara Menges and Jason Daniels.

Dakota enjoyed going to comic book conventions and cosplaying. He loved superheroes and Star Wars the most. He also enjoyed 80s and 90s cartoons, and watching Ghost Busters with his step-dad. Dakota loved playing video games, and enjoyed watching friends play sports and motorcross.

Dakota is preceded in death by his father, Jason Daniels; grandfather, Frank Paul Marton; and uncle, Kim Marton.

He is survived by his loving mother and step-father, Barbara and Joseph Menges; sibling, Dorian Marton; aunt, Ruth Ann Dean; special friends, Cathy Fields, Brooke Fields, and Jennifer Hendricks; and many other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

The family will be having a private Celebration of Life.
