Charles R. Seymour, 77, of Massillon, passed away on March 5, 2024 at home.
He was born on April 20, 1946 in Massillon, OH.
He was a graduate of Washington High School, Class of 1965. Charles formerly worked at Superior Meats and after its closing went to work as a bartender at The Eagles Club and American Legion.He was a member of Eagles 190, American Iegion, Post 221 and numerous social clubs. He enjoyed spending time with friends.
Charles is survived by his loving partner, Margaret A. Fagan; children, Charles A. (Tessi) Seymour, Rhonda Seymour, and James (Leslie) Seymour; step-children, , Debra J. Garlando, Jeffery (Tish) MahoneyII, and Dawn Ainsworth; thirteen grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ralph Seymour; mother, Virginia (Barrett) Repp; and brothers, William B. Seymour and Robert E. Seymour.
A private family gathering was held.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
