Carolyn J. Guerrieri Shaw, 65, of Massillon, passed away on February 27, 2025 at Cleveland Clinic / Mercy Hospital. 

She was born on September 4, 1959 to the late James and Rosemary (Mickel) Guerrieri in Johnshon AFB, Honshu, Japan 

Carolyn attended Lincoln High School and was a graduate of the first class to graduate from McKinley High School in 1977.

After raising her family, Carolyn owned and operated two small businesses, Guerrieri Enterprises and Canton ABC Car Wash. She retired in 2021 to spend more time with her family. Carolyn was a devoted wife and loving mother and grandmother.

She loved spending time in her vegetable and flower gardens which were always beautiful. She also enjoyed cooking and canning, trips to the beach, camping, reading and had recently taken up oil painting. Her biggest passion was her family. Her love for her children and grandchildren was unmatched. Her love, beautiful smile and outgoing personality will be sorely missed. Caroln's faith in God was there to the end and she now rests her head on his knee.

Carolyn is survived by her loving husband, Eric T. Shaw; their children, Jason (Jennifer) Shaw and Janna (Randy) Smith; grandchildren, Lincoln Shaw and Emma Smith and brother, Tony (Patty) Guerrieri. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Jim Guerrieri.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
