Carolyn Amber Tingler, 76 passed away on February 25, 2014. She was born on August 08, 1937 to the late Kenneth and Arlene (Gainer) Jack. She worked as a registered nurse at Apple Creek for a number of years. Carolyn is survived by her daughter Amber Celeste Suter and her son Allen Tingler. A Memorial Service Celebrating her life will be held on Tuesday, March 04, 2014 at 5 P.M. at Stanwood Community Church located at 14715 Stanwood Street SW, Navarre OH 44662
