Carl S. Starr age 88 passed away March 27, 2015 at Affinity Medical Center in Massillon. Carl was born August 6, 1926 in Tacoma, OH to the late Raymond & Zona (Showalter) Starr. He was an Army veteran. Carl retired as a conductor on the Norfolk & Southern Railroad. He is survived by his wife Mary P. Starr of the residence and a daughter Maryanne Boughman of Navarre. Services were private.
