Brayton "Tony" Edward Moore, Jr.

Brayton "Tony" Edward Moore Jr., 83, of Massillon, passed away on June 29, 2026 at Hanover Healthcare.

He was born on October 5, 1942 to the late Brayton "Tony" and Margaret (Monen) Moore at Alliance, OH.

A graduate of Alliance High School, he received his B.S from Walsh College. Tony worked as a Technologist Consultant. He was veteran of The United States Navy. He enjoyed bowling, sailing, and spent hours learning to fly an airplane using a simulator. He loved his family and was very proud of his daughters. Tony was fascinated by science and spent time learning and teaching.

Tony is survived by his loving wife, Carlena "Carla" (Ledford) Moore; children, Ann (Moore) Ciaverella and Angela "Angel" Moore; grandchildren, Nathan (Makenzie) Hoagland and Nicholas "Nick" Hoagland; sister, Mary Fentress; and two nieces and cousins.

A private family gathering will take place at a later date.
