Bonnie J. Kinnerson

Bonnie J. Kinnerson, 81, of Massillon, passed away on May 7, 2026 at Laurels of Massillon.

She was born on March 25, 1945 to the late Irving and Sue (Berman) Abrams in Cleveland, OH.

Known for her outgoing personality, Bonnie was always willing to have a frank and honest conversation with people. She volunteered with many organizations over the years. She was a lifetime member of VFW Auxiliary Post 3124, Massillon. Bonnie enjoyed traveling, cooking, reading, word puzzles, and being with family and friends.

Bonnie is survived by her loving fiance, George Border; children, Mike Kinnerson, Darryl L. McGarvey, Vickie Carlson, and Lorena (David) Harlow; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Kinnerson; sisters Mildred A. Croghan, Laurie Kroupa, and Beverly Gogol; sons, Ernie Kinnerson and Earl "Chip" McGarvey; and daughter-in-law, Ann Kinnerson.

Graveside Service will take place on Monday, June 15, 2026 11:00 am in the Sunset Hill Burial Park.
