Billy Lawson, a devoted family man and skilled carpenter, passed away on May 7, 2026. Born on September 8, 1959, Billy was a proud graduate of Ellet High School. His dedication to his craft in carpentry spanned many years, during which he earned the respect and admiration of colleagues and clients alike.
Billy was a man who deeply loved his family, a love that was evident in all aspects of his life. He is survived by his beloved daughters, Jessica (Andrew Norman) Lawson and Vanessa Robertson, who were sources of great joy and pride to him. Billy's legacy continues through his cherished grandchildren: Tyler Lawson, Wyatt Robertson, Ramona Robertson, Kyndra Lawson, Christina Norman, and Emily Norman. His presence will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Arlene Lawson, as well as his son, Wayne Kenneth Lawson. The memories of Billy’s kindness, strength, and unwavering love for his family will remain in the hearts of his loved ones forever.
