Alva Foster, Jr.

Alva Foster Jr., 70, of Newton Falls, passed away on August 15, 2026 at Pines Health Care Center.

He was born on August 12, 1956 to the late Alva and Viola (Sanders) Foster in Liberty, KY.

He was a graduate of Casey County High School, Liberty, Ky. He worked for many companies over the years doing general labor jobs and as a mechanic. He was an avid fisherman, coon hunter and enjoyed the outdoors.

Alva is survived by his children, Shelly Foster, Shannon Foster, and Chris Foster; siblings, Albert Foster and Wanda Cook; numerous grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

He will be laid to rest in his Beautiful Hills of Kentucky.
