Alisha "Lish" Mina Broad

Alisha Mina Broad, “Lish”, 45 of Alliance, OH died Sunday September 21, 2025. 

Lish was born June 11, 1980, in Canton, OH to John L. Broad Jr and Donna (Shaffer) Broad. She was a nurse for over 23 years, and her career was a testament to her beauty of caring for others. Lish’s grandchildren were the apple of her eye. You could always find her in her matching Victoria Secret sets or her matching pajama sets. Lish cherished her family above all else; her greatest joy was spending time with them, especially at the beach and taking them to breakfast. While she enjoyed many of life’s simple pleasures, few things brought Lish more joy than a scoop of her favorite ice cream or a Diet Coke. Known for her warmth and unwavering kindness, Lish’s infectious smile could light up any room. She was a loving, devoted friend to all. She was a true believer in God and loved her prayer bench.

Lish is preceded in death by her grandparents John (Barb) Broad and Grace Coleman; uncles Randy Shaffer, Keith Broad and Mike Broad; cousins Homer "Hookie" Shaffer and Tyfeni Broad. She is also preceded in death by her beloved brother, Johnny, and is now reunited with him in Heaven.

Lish will be missed by her parents, John (Theresa) Broad Jr. and Donna Broad; stepfather Charles Brink; significant other Shaun Lembke; daughter Darrean; sons Max (Jada) and Talon (Brae); brothers Justin, Brice (Amber), Randy, David; sisters Angel and Amber; granddaughters Paisley and Kinsley and grandson Max the Third. She also leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews, along with the father of her three children, Max Stamey. 

Friends may gather on Monday, September 29, 2025, from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM, at the Paquelet Funeral Home, 1100 Wales Road NE, Massillon, OH 44646, where Funeral Services will immediately follow at 3:00 PM, with Kevin O’Brien officiating.
