Thomas M. Schmidt

Thomas M. Schmidt, 59, passed away on September 20, 2021, following a brief illness. He was born, July 20, 1962 in Massillon to Fredrick “Tim” and Norma (Stutz) Schmidt. A 1980 graduate of Washington High School, Tommy was a lifetime meat cutter and former co-owner of T Bone Meats and then worked in various markets in the area. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his daughter, Jamie (Heath) Harig; three grandchildren, Maverick, Emma and Reese, and a brother, Todd (Julie) Schmidt, nephews Brandon, Tyler and a niece Brooke. He was most proud of his grandchildren He enjoyed playing a game of pool and was always looking for a challenge at the table.
