Richard Cottrill

Richard Cottrill, 68, of Massillon, passed away on Thursday, March 16, 2023. Richard was born on July 6, 1954, in Massilon, the son of the late Edward and Emjean (Carson) Cottrill. Rick loved spending time outside, especially fishing. He also enjoyed traveling. Most of all he loved spending time with his grandkids.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Cottrill in 2017, and brothers Timothy, Leroy, and Joseph Cottrill.
He is survived by his children, Richard Cottrill, Michael Cottrill, Tiffany Cottrrill, and Vicky Cottrill; 9 grandchildren; sister, Pamela Cottrill; brother, Edward Cottrill; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
According to his wishes, cremation will take place. There will be no calling hours or services.
