Ned Allen West

Ned Allen West, age 48 of Massillon, passed away unexpectedly Monday. Ned was born on February 7, 1958 in Massillon to Ned Alfred and M. Elizabeth (Dulaney) West. He was honorably discharged from the United States Army. Ned received his Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Electrical Engineering from the University of Arkon. He had been a member of the ROTC and enjoyed working on cars. He is preceded in death by his mother. In addition to his father, he is survived by his sister, Debi West of Massillon. There are no calling hours. Services for Ned will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family. The Paquelet Funeral Home in Massillon is handling the arrangements.
