Esther Jane Moffett

Esther J. Moffett, 89, passed away on January 1, 2015, following an extended illness. She was born in Salem on January 30, 1925 to the late John & Celeste (Christopher) Bartchy. Esther retired from West Branch Local Schools. She is survived by her daughter, Penny Smith of Perry Twp. and a grandson. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Kathryn Gibeau and her sisters and brothers. A private inurnment will take place at a later date.
