Douglas R. Maier, 74 of Massillon, passed away on March 24, 2013 at Hanover House. He was born on February 13, 1939 to the late Clarence & Betty (Larkin) Maier. Douglas was a veteran of the United States Air Force and a retiree of Union Drawn. He is survived by his Step-son, Robert Price of Stockbridge, Ga. and many friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Maier. A private military graveside service will be held at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, Rittman.
