Christopher L. Smith

Christopher L. Smith, 32, of Massillon, passed away peacefully on July 26 2024 at Aultman Woodlawn after a brief battle with cancer. Chris was born September 7, 1991.

Chris loved spending time with his children, niece and nephews. He enjoyed football, fishing, and playing video games with his son. He will be missed by everyone who knew him.

He is survived by his mother, Beth (Paul) Whitten; sisters, Rose (Justin) and Heather (Max); stepbrother, Gage (Amanda); his three children, Hayden, Quinton, and Malcolm; aunts, Karen (Frank), Kaye, Kathie (John), and Charlotte; uncles, Richard (Peggy), Howard, and William (Jeanne); grandmother, Myrna; niece Ariana; three nephews, Joshua, Jayce, and Cooper; and special friend, Marci.

Chris was preceded in death by his grandfather, Richard L. Martin Sr.; uncle, Richard Kemp; and cousin, Angela Baker.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Thursday, August 1, 2024 at Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home with a funeral service following at 7:00pm.
