Brooks G. Hamrick age 85, passed away September 3, 2019 at Meadow Winds Nursing Home. He was born January 19, 1934 in Clay County, WV to the late Gilmer & Virginia (Paxton) Hamrick. He retired as a technician for Sears. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Betty (Lackey) Hamrick. They have two children: Gary Hamrick and Kay Hamrick. There are two grandchildren: Nicole and Jaqueta; and four great grandchildren. There was a graveside service Wednesday at Rose Hill Memorial Garden.
