Betty Jean Pittman

Betty J. Pittman, 88, passed away on November 4, 2018. She was born in Massillon on November 17, 1929 to Paul and Ruth (Sprankle) Urban. Betty was a member of Grace Community Church and was an avid Massillon Tiger Fan. She was dedicated to her family. She is survived by her daughter, Connie (Tom) Woodson; grandchildren, Catherine Nycum, Kerri Woodson, Katelyn Woodson and Irene Nycum; great-grandchildren, Riley, Ethan and Isabel; brother, Jack (Margaret) Urban; and a sister, Sharon Fenstermaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harvey Pittman; two brothers, Paul and Richard Urban; and a sister Sally Plott. Friends may call from 6pm-8pm on Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 8, 2018 at 10:30am in the Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Memorial Gardens.
